Set against the backdrop of the beautiful Victoria Terrace, our brand new Grill Menu is the perfect option for an inviting and relaxed dinner alongside a cocktail or two. This new offering has been designed by our Executive Chef, Alan White, with a focus on locally sourced ingredients to offer a modern take on classic grill dishes.
"Sussex is a very organically rich region" says Alan White. "Sourcing meat, seafood, and produce locally is not only the more sustainable and environmentally friendly option, but offers a fantastic range of top quality ingredients and supports our amazing local businesses".
The specially selected Sussex rump steak on the Grill menu (also included in the surf 'n' turf option for seafood lovers!) is sourced from Trenchmore Farm in Horsham, who focus on a high welfare approach and enhanced nutrition in order to achieve the best possible quality beef. After dinner you can sample a selection of fantastic handcrafted cheeses made in East Sussex by Alsop & Walker. We source all of our cheese from The Great British Charcuterie Co. who specialise in local artisan products and are based in Brighton Marina.
For a sweeter option, choose from our selection of delicious sorbets and ice cream from Gelato Gusto, our favourite ice cream parlour nestled in Brighton's wonderful North Laine. Their freshly made gelato is a must-try!
The Cavendish sparkling wine from award-winning East Sussex vineyard Ridgeview featured on our Grill menu is the perfect accompaniment to your meal. It's Pinot dominance brings depth and complexity to the palate with a long-lasting finish, whilst the Chardonnay adds finesse and freshness.
